Great experience working with vidook productions, this was a fun shoot around locations in Cardiff, Wales. The core theme we tried to express that life is energy, and if you calm all the night noise in your mind and enhance your focus you can achieve anything. Most people settle for a mundane life, but exceptional people dont settle for anything less than greatness.

I like this video, i had a lot of fun shooting and performing it.

I did the song in 2012 and shot the video in 2015.

Ruslan is a guy i met through a friend, he did judo and i do MMA so we trained grappling together at a point.

Lots of nice views on the mountains of Caerphilly, everything looked so clean and fresh - give a fuck about your environment, take a walk and appreciate nature before everything is overrun by billboards and shiny new buildings.

This is my most recent video part of the Grenfell tower series by GRM Daily. I learnt a lot in this shoot, Marq is very talented (he wont pick up my calls but im not a hater). We shot this inHolland Park in London.

We did all the scenes in 3 hours, we were racing against sunset.

I wrote this song in 2012

with my long time friend and musical accomplice Jospo.

He loved it and proposed to his girl while i sang to her.

Unfortunately i couldnt be at the wedding.
